Shipping and Return Policies
Heavenlyheels.com offers free shipping on all standard/ground/domestic orders within the United States placed on our website and there is no minimum purchase required. When ordering from heavenlyheels.com via standard ground shipping, please expect your order to take 5-7 business days. Free shipping does not apply to international shipping orders or expedited shipping orders (ie. 2nd day shipping or next day shipping).
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can return your order to Heavenly Heels for a full refund (see return guidelines below). Heavenly Heels online purchases will gladly be refunded within 30 days from date of purchase. Free returns do not apply to international shipping orders.
*Shoe returns must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. There should be no sign of wear/damage of shoes with returned delivery. (Suggestion: when deciding whether the shoes fit properly, try them on a carpeted area.)
*Shoe returns must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
*You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS, USPS or FED EX domestic return shipping label inside your delivery box. Simply remove original shipping label and replace with return shipping label on the outside of delivery box. Bring to your nearest UPS, USPS or FED EX location (based on return shipping label) for drop-off or contact Heavenly Heels to arrange free pickup delivery from your location.
*Once your return is received and inspected, we will be able to issue a refund which will be applied to your credit card within 3 business days upon receipt of your return package. Please note depending on your financial institution or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your refund is applied to post to your account.
Tracking your Package
Please provide us with your email address when filling out your shipping/billing information during checkout so that we may provide you with a tracking number via email. This will allow you to track the status of your shipment on either UPS, FEDEX or USPS website.
Please note: Heavenly Heels will contact you with a follow-up email if your purchase is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
