Return/Exchange Policy

Heavenly Heels Returns and Exchanges

Heavenly Heels online purchases can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase on your original invoice. Online purchases that are being returned to Heavenly Heels, must be unworn and shipped back in original shoe box. Items that are returned, must have no signs of wear or damage. All Heavenly Heels items that are returned with signs of wear or damage will not be refunded.

Please note: When trying on shoes, it is recommended to try them on a carpeted area to protect the shoes from wear if there should be a need to return.

When returning your Heavenly Heels purchase, the shoes must be in its original, undamaged box that you received them in. Upon shipping your item back to Heavenly Heels, item must be shipped back in a cardboard shipping box(you may re-use cardboard box item was shipped in, be sure to cross out old shipping info and tracking #’s prior to placing new shipment information)

Exchanges are handled similar to returns, however we suggest that you place your new order prior to shipping your return back to Heavenly Heels. Once we receive your exchanged item, we will promptly refund your payment.
